ADAM Vol. 1 No. 7 – July 1957 – Vintage First-Year Pin-Up & Glamour Magazine – Knight Publishing

The fantastic yellow-and-black striped cover is pure 1950s newsstand design. The cover model isn't identified on the contents page shown, so I'm leaving her name out rather than guessing.

Inside is the mix of glamour pictorials, fiction and humor that defined early Adam. Pictorials include Lorre Story, Model Meets Camera, Peaches Poses Problem, Adam's Eve, Brussels Asproutin and Bet-A on Greta.

Fiction includes Party Broad by H. H. Gentile, Solid Sender by James V. Lawrence, Lady Said “Oui” by Marguerite de Navarre, Baggage Said No credited to Jacques Casanova, Deadlier Love by Michael Weldon, What's That? by Martin Courtney and A Good Woman by Ray Dennison.

The back cover advertises the issue's photo stories as including “England's favorite nude on wheels,” “Meet Denmark's blonde sexbomb” and “The bare beauties of Belgian burlesque.”

The masthead identifies Lothar Ashley as editor-in-chief, Kurt Reichert as associate editor, Lewis V. Scott as photo editor, Robert S. Light as production manager and Frank Edward Lee as art director. Copyright 1957 by Knight Publishing Company.

Condition: Nice vintage condition for an original 1957 publication with expected handling and surface wear. The colorful yellow-and-black cover remains bright and presents very well. Please review the photos for condition and details.
